Communication in paramedic practice

Paramedic communication is under pressure, time-limited, and often life-or-death. On scene, you need to gather information quickly, manage bystanders, and keep the patient calm. At the emergency department, you need to deliver a clear, complete handover. This exercise practises both sides of that communication.
