Tourism Customer Service 9

Advanced customer service training for travel and tourism workers — polished English for every situation.

Vocabulary in context

At this level of training, the focus is on the consistency and composure that define genuinely professional customer service English. It's not enough to use the right words when the interaction is straightforward; the test of professionalism is using those same words when you're tired, when you've had the same difficult conversation three times today, and when the traveller in front of you is more frustrated than the situation objectively warrants. This exercise practises that consistency through demanding scenarios — the ones where the temptation to drop the professional register is strongest, and where maintaining it makes the biggest difference.
