This exercise extends into the vocabulary of casino resort environments — covering the visual language that applies across hotel floors, gaming areas, and entertainment venues within a large resort property. The images include items specific to casino environments as well as standard hotel features, reflecting the reality that staff in these properties move between very different spaces in a single shift. Building a visual vocabulary that spans both settings is what allows you to respond to a guest's question accurately, regardless of which part of the property they're asking about.
